Our goal with our dairy and Brunswick Forage Seed Sales is to achieve the highest quality forage possible. For the last seven years, we have utilized the services of Cumberland Valley Analytical Service for forage sampling and the AKEY AAMPS Ration Balance Program to provide support for the forage products we sell. With these resources available to us we can test your forages and tell you how to properly feed high-quality forages with emphasis on starch availability, 30-hour NDFd, and 30-hour UNDF. The Brunswick Family
We pride ourselves on being a family-run dairy operation that started approximately 150 years ago. The farm consists of 160 acres that are rotated between corn silage, triticale, cool-season perennial grass, BMR 6 Sorghum Sudan, and BMR 6 Forage Sorghum. Since 2006 we have been affiliated with Byron Seeds and this has allowed us to emphasize highly digestible forages, crop rotation, and cover crops. All this has resulted in healthy cows and healthy soils.

WHAT TYPE OF AGRICULTURAL PLASTIC DO YOU CARRY?We carry a variety of agricultural plastic from Benco Poly Films as follows: bale wrap, netwrap, bunker covers, bunker covers with underlay barrier film (combo rolls), Magic Blue, bale twine, silage bags, etc.

DO YOU CARRY ORGANIC AND NON-GMO PRODUCTS?Yes, we do carry certified organic and Non-GMO products. The products are also available untreated and treated.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR THE SEED ORDER TO COME IN ONCE I PLACE THE ORDER? HOW ABOUT AGRICULTURAL PLASTIC?Typically it is a 1 day turnaround time for any seed products from Byron Seeds. Any seed orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday will be a 2 day turn around. Any seed orders placed on Friday will arrive at the beginning of the following week. Any agricultural plastic orders will be a 1 week turnaround time.

WHAT TYPE OF REPLANT POLICY DOES BYRON'S SEEDS HAVE?Byron Seeds will replace 100% of their Premium Products, as determined by a Byron Seed Dealer or representative. The following Premium Products that qualify for replant are: KingFisher products, premium perennial grasses, and Alta Products. Byron Seeds also offers a 50% replant on any competitor's premium products. Exceptions: Corn planted prior to or after the state’s insurable dates is not covered under this Replant Policy. Any seed that is frost-seeded or interseeded into existing stands are excluded.
